To view the Product Catalog you'll need to first lower your privacy settings of your browser to low.

To do this you'll need to go to Internet Options --> Privacy --> and drag the slider to Low. When the slider is set to Low click Apply --> then click OK.

After you set the setting to low click here to launch the Catalog.
